Just wondering if anyone has tried making vegan marshmallows? I've had a couple of goes today using the recipe from the open source marshmallow recipe online. However, I'm having some problems - I'm in the UK and using vege-gel rather than genutine. Does anyone on here have any experience with marshmallows?
