Does anyone have a good recipe for vegan eggnog waffles? I would really like to make some for Christmas morning, pretty sure Santa is bringing me a waffle maker! :)

    Hi Cici27!

    Egg nog waffles sound amazing! I'm pretty sure Santa has probably come and gone to your house by now. Egg nog should work great in this Buttermilk Waffle recipe. All you would need to do is substitute the soy milk with egg nog and eliminate the sugar in the recipe.

    I also have a Cashew Egg Nog recipe here if you're all out of egg nog :)
