What's your all-time favorite dessert?

I'm a huge cookie and pie fan although I have to say that brownies is my all time favorite dessert. This site's forums would be useless if we didn't pop the question: What's your favorite vegan dessert?

So what is it? And while you're at it, submit the recipe to our 'Submit a Recipe' link so we can all try it.

    Apple pie is the bomb-diggedy. I'm in search of one that has just a tinsy bit of something like of sour cream inside. If I find one or end up just making one that turns out well, I'll submit it.

    Pre-vegan it was creme brulee and I am now looking at finding a great vegan version. I'm also a big cake and cupcake person, with lashings of thick, creamy icing on top!
